MONARCHS UPEND TROJANS 8-3. Cabrini scored 7 in the 2nd inning to build a 7-0 lead. Junior Nick Shute could not get out of the 2nd inning giving up 6 runs on 6 hits. “Nick threw strikes but they just dinked in a few base hits” said head coach Craig Cotter. Nick Bisaro came in and threw 5+ innings and shut the MONARCHS down giving up 1 run on 3 hits. Bobby Jaber got the last 2 outs in the 7th. “Cabrini won the first 2 innings 7-0 and we won the next 5, 3-1. We can build on that” said Cotter. Nick Bisaro got on base all 4 times going 2 for 2 with 2 walks. Also getting hits for the Trojans were Justin Kelley, and Kam MacIver. The Trojans Fall to 11-8 on the season. Next up is senior night at home vs Dearborn Heights Robichaud on Monday May 22 at 4:30.
