The Clarenceville varsity bowling teams finished their league matches on Thursday, February 15. In a very tight race for first, the girl’s team beat Belleville to tie them for the first place title along with the team from Romulus, which created a three way tie for first. The girls team was led by Jessica Bishop with a 218 game followed by Shelby Smith with 178 and Madilynn Kieling with 175. This should help the girls next weekend at Regional’s in Flat Rock. The boys team finished in 4th place with a young team consisting of 3 freshmen, 1 junior and 2 senior’s. Their final match on Thursday was led by freshman Ryan Bishop with 203 and freshman Brian Impola with 182.
