The boys looked to show that they were more than their performance at the team event on Saturday morning. The boys all had consistent performances through a tough field of competitors. Jacob Johnson started slow but rose high his last four games to come in 3rd place with a 1289 six game series. Ryan Bishop also performed consistently well to be second place with a 1309 six game series. The third outstanding performance came from Brian Impola who was not on many peoples radar outside of Clarenceville. After five games Brian was in 11th place just two pins outside of the cut. Unfortunately he was the victim of several splits in his last game, which also became his worst game that day and he missed the cut sliding to 18th place. Top scores were Ryan Bishop (224, 205, 216, 214, 203, 227) Jacob Johnson (177, 179, 218, 269, 208, 230), Brian Impola (191, 205, 245), Kyle Wieschowski (175). The boys wish Ryan and Jacob the best of luck as they continue on to state tournament in Jackson MI at the Jax 60 lanes on Saturday at 8am. The boys also do not have any seniors and return their entire team for another run next year.
