In the second game of the ‘Northern Michigan Tournament’ Clarenceville hosted Indian River. The game was played in 6 innings per Indian River League rules.
The Trojans scored 2 in the first inning on walks to Tavian Cruz and Zack Topolewski. Following a double steal Nick Snage delivered a sharp single to right center to score both runs. The Trojans scored the second run on a single by Topolewski, stolen base and a single by Peyton Ward. The final run was scored by Corson Sims. After he walked he stole second. Cruz also walked and a double steal resulted in what proved to be the winning run.
Dylan Stadler was the starting pitcher followed by Zack Jones (winning pitcher) and Alex Skowronek (save)
