The Lady Trojans had a slow start to tonight’s game giving up 17 points in the first quarter. The Trojans came out stronger in the second quarter and continued to make adjustments at halftime to end up outscoring Huron Valley Lutheran in the second half. Sam Donahue and Kaitlyn Vallimont combined to get 8 blocks. They played excellent defense down low to get rebounds and give the Trojans some momentum on offense. Keira Ingram and Amiri Jackson also played a role in rebounding for Clarenceville. The Trojans were led in scoring by senior Myla Hoskins with 12 points. MacKenzie Aper controlled the offense for Clarenceville and scored 4 points. Vallimont had 3 and Alexis Robinson and Destiny Coleman each added 2 points. The Lady Trojans will continue their road trip and head to Romulus High School on Friday.
