Doubles teams for the Lady Trojans included Jordan Lay and Shelby Smith, Madilynn Kieling and Samantha Allison, and Allison Klonowski and Demai Plummer. All three groups performed to some of their best scores yet this season. In Baker games Allison and Demai had a season best effort of 155. Madilynn Kieling and Samantha Allison had the second highest Baker game on the lanes during the tournament with a personal high and one of the highest on the lanes of 248. That pair of girls also had an outside score of 1421 which was good enough for 7th for qualifying and placed 6th with total pins for the doubles tournament. Finally our last pairing of Jordan Lay and Shelby Smith recorded a total score in qualifying of a 1335 good enough to be the 10th team out of 16 and then took that momentum to finish 4th overall in the tournament of doubles. These results were paired with several 200 games in bakers and consistent bowling from all six girls throughout the qualifying and tournament. Shelby Smith, our lone senior, has been a great leader through a busy January and this tournament showcased her leadership and motivation to her other teammates. Madilynn Kieling also showcased her talents with the single highest game of the girls with a 218 and combining for three 200 baker games with her partner Samantha Allison.
