Clarenceville girls volleyball won in dramatic fashion Thursday night against Annapolis. The Trojans fell in the first set, but bounced back to easily take the second and third. Heading into the fourth set, the Trojans were down significantly before closing the gap to be within 1 point. The Trojans were unable to take the lead and were forced into a fifth set, where they came out strong to solidify the win. Setter Madison Jabber had a season high 47 set assists where she connected with multiple players. Cassidy Galvin and Audrey Owens both finished the night with 12 kills, while Destiny Coleman was close behind with 11 and Krystal Jones finished with 7. Ciera Galvin was strong defensively with 18 digs. Allie Snage added 14 digs and Gina Marzolo contributed 9. The Trojans will continue league play next week against Redford Union.
