Clarenceville lost another close one to Lutheran Northwest in 3 sets Tuesday night. After starting off strong in the first set, the Trojans were unable to keep the energy going to capitalize the win. The Trojans battled back in the second set and came close to pulling out the win before dropping 22-25. The Trojans went back and forth with the Crusaders in the third set, but lost a couple key points that they were unable to recover from. The Trojans played well throughout the the night with improvements all around. Leading the offense was Skylin Shourd with 5 kills. Shourd also had a solid game at the net with a few block touches. Ciera Galvin and Destiny Coleman both finished with 4 kills each and had 1 block apiece. Setter Sydney Nardizzi had 17 set assists and added 9 digs. Gina Marzolo had a good night defensively with 11 digs, followed by Daniele Mullen who finished with 8.
